Revox™ Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Revox™, your satisfaction is our priority. Our dedicated Quality Assurance team carefully inspects every order before it is shipped. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative therapy and wellness products — and we stand behind their quality.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be free of damage, scent, or wear
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be unused and in resellable condition

Used self-applied products (e.g., cupping sets, therapy devices) are not eligible due to hygiene standards.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video to be eligible for a free replacement.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Revox™ is not responsible for:

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Packages confirmed as “delivered” but not received

We recommend tracking your package and ensuring a secure drop-off location.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.


Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Products returned damaged or not in original condition
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
  • Sale items or used hygiene-related products

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.


🛠️ Extended Warranty

Products under a 1 or 2-year extended warranty are eligible for one-time free replacement due to manufacturer or electrical defects (excluding user damage).
To request a warranty replacement:

  • Include your full name and shipping address

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns over $100, and 40% for returns over $250.

Need to cancel your order? Contact us within 4 hours of purchase. Cancellations outside this window may not be eligible.


📅 Pre-Orders

For items marked as pre-order, estimated in-stock dates are noted on product pages. Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
